A large, thin, crunchy corn tortilla toasted over a comal, layered with asiento (unrefined pork lard), refried black beans, queso oaxaca, shredded cabbage, avocado foled over and served with beef tasajo, chorizo, cebollin, jalepeno toreado and habenero slaw.
